Goodie AI Alternatives: 7 GEO Tools for Measurement and Execution

Goodie AI alternatives compared for teams weighing end-to-end content generation against measurement depth, crawler data and revenue attribution.

Goodie AI bundles AI visibility tracking with content execution and revenue attribution, which puts it in a small group of tools that try to close the loop rather than just report on it. Alternatives split cleanly: other execution platforms, or measurement tools that go deeper and leave the writing to you. Which side you want depends on whether your bottleneck is knowing what to do or having someone to do it.

We build Kitbase, one of the measurement tools below.

Other execution-first platforms

Relixir

The most complete version of this idea: visibility tracking plus autonomous content generation and refresh, with a native CMS. Where most tools recommend, Relixir publishes. Priced accordingly. Best for teams with no content capacity at all.

Frase

A content platform that added AI visibility rather than the reverse. If your team already writes in Frase, folding tracking into the same tool avoids another login. Tracking depth is shallower than the dedicated platforms. Best for content teams already using it.

Writesonic

Similar shape: a content and GEO platform covering ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, aimed at teams who want monitoring and production together. Best for marketing teams standardised on one content tool.

The reservation that applies to all three, and to Goodie: pages written primarily to be cited by machines are what the engines are getting better at discounting. Review sample output on the standard of whether you’d publish it if no AI were involved.

Measurement tools that go deeper

Kitbase

Kitbase covers up to ten engines, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, reporting presence rate with mentions and citations separated, share of voice with a dense rank across every tracked brand, cited domains and exact pages classified as yours, a competitor’s or third-party and tagged by source type, and per-mention sentiment, recommendation status and list position.

On attribution, which is Goodie’s selling point, Kitbase takes a different route: cookieless web analytics runs on the same events pipeline as the visibility data, with funnels, journeys, retention and rage-click detection, so an AI referral is traceable through to a conversion event you define. No separate integration, because it’s the same system.

It also carries the layer most execution tools skip: server-side AI crawler detection with identity verification and per-path crawl frequency, backlink opportunities built from the domains AI cites for your category where you’re absent, a link marketplace ranked by those citation signals, and a site audit.

The honest limitation: no content generation, and engines are plan-tiered so Starter watches ChatGPT alone. Best for teams with writers who want to know precisely what to write.

Profound

Widest engine coverage anywhere plus prompt-volume data from real AI conversations, which tells you what people actually ask rather than what you guessed. Measurement only. Best for contested categories with enterprise budget.

Peec AI

Demand-weighted prompt suggestions, competitive benchmarking, multi-country tracking and clean exports. Measurement only. Best for marketing teams and agencies.

Hall

Free tier, around eight surfaces, conversation context behind each citation and server-side agent analytics. Best for validating before spending.

Before you buy an execution tool

Check that content is actually your constraint. Three cheap tests:

Are the engines crawling your pages? AI crawlers don’t execute JavaScript, so your analytics can’t tell you. If GPTBot and ClaudeBot haven’t fetched a section in weeks, new pages there won’t help either. This is the most common misdiagnosis in GEO.

Whose pages do the engines cite? If your category is answered from two review sites and a forum thread, publishing more of your own content is the wrong lever. Getting cited on those sites is the right one, and that’s outreach work, not writing work.

Is the change even real? AI answers vary between identical runs. Establish a baseline over several weeks before treating a dip as a content gap. Non-determinism explains why single readings mislead.

If all three check out and you still have a list of pages nobody has capacity to write, that’s a genuine case for Goodie, Relixir or a writer.

FAQ

What is the main alternative to Goodie AI? Relixir on the execution side, Profound or Kitbase on the measurement side depending on whether you want breadth or diagnostic depth.

Which alternatives include revenue attribution? Goodie makes it a headline feature. Kitbase achieves it by running web analytics and funnels on the same pipeline as the visibility data.

Is there a free Goodie AI alternative? Not for content generation. For measurement, Hall’s free tier is the strongest starting point.

Should I use AI to write pages aimed at AI citation? Cautiously. The engines are improving at discounting content produced at volume for that purpose. Judge output on whether it stands up without the AI framing.

Which alternative tracks AI crawlers? Kitbase, Profound, Hall and Scrunch AI. Kitbase verifies crawler identity so spoofed user agents don’t inflate crawl counts.
